Her interests include clinical diabetology and prevention strategies. To keep herself upto date, She has also undertaken modular courses Diabetes (2017-18), and also in Hypertension (2016-2017) conducted by Public Health Foundation of India, New Delhi.

In clinical practice since 1996, she provides a comprehensive consultation to the patients with Diabetes. She joined hands with her spouse and started the Namana Medical Centre as a partner and administrator.
